Winschoter Voetbal Vereniging (WVV) is opgericht op 21 november 1896 en is daarmee één van de oudste voetbalclubs in Oost-Groningen.
Het eerste zondag elftal van de club speelt in het seizoen 2019/20 in de Eerste klasse, het eerste zaterdag elftal in de Vierde klasse (2019/2020).
