In Bad Nieuweschans vindt u vlakbij de brug en het spoor de voormalige locomotievenloods. De grote kwart ronde loods met de gigantische houten deuren deed dienst als opslag en remise.
De loods is een rijksmonument en ernaast staat nog het oude bedieningsgebouwtje.
