Jachthaven Zuidbroek heeft een eigen haven en ligt aan het winschoterdiep. Het terrein heeft een kade, waar we boten kunnen hijsen tot 40 ton. Voor stalling onderdak is ongeveer 3000 m2 aanwezig. Voor stalling buiten, op de kade of in de haven zijn diverse mogelijkheden. Hier kan onderhoud aan de boten worden verricht in overleg met de havenmeester.
