't Heem is tegenwoordig een wijk van Ter Apel in het Groningse Westerwolde. Oorspronkelijk was het een gehucht even ten noorden van het kloosterdorp.
De huidige wijk wordt begrensd door de voormalige spoorlijn in het zuiden en de Nulweg in het noorden. De naam 't Heem betekent hoge boerenplaats.
