Molen Dijkstra staat in het centrum van Winschoten en is een achtkantige koren- en pelmolen uit 1862, type Stellingmolen.
De molen is maalvaardig en is in 1982 ingrijpend gerestaureerd. De molen is ter onderscheiding van de andere molens in Winschoten, vernoemd naar de laatste particuliere eigenaar.
Molen Dijkstra is een waar werkpaard onder de Groningse molens en heeft maar liefst 4 koppel maalstenen en 2 pelstenen, dus met 6 schijflopen aan het spoorwiel.
Dit alles is in originele staat te bewonderen. De molen is meestal geopend op zaterdagochtend en is zeer de moeite waard om een keer te bezoeken.
